Hot Stone Massage
This massage incorporates soothing basalt stones. These smooth, flat stones which are heated and used to further relax your muscles during the massage, induce deep relaxation without overheating the body, and allow for deeper manual work.

Warm, steamed towels and/or aromatherapy
Heated towels are placed and compressed around the neck and shoulders, feet and back to increase relaxation before massaging the muscles.
Essential oils which can be incorporated into the massage include lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, sweet orange and lemongrass

A customized massage tailored to your wants and needs. The massage incorporates a blend of modalities and pressure designed just for you. This may include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping massage, and energy work or any combination that works best for you.

Cupping
Silicone cups can be incorporated into the massage to help release extra stuck tissue. These cups are squeezed to suction to the body, and are not heated in any way. They can be placed over specific areas of tension for a few minutes or glided over the area. This allows for more circulation in the tissue and loosening of adhesions/
Extended Foot Massage
15 minutes added to your massage designed solely for your feet! Steamed towels and a peppermint cream are used to help with relaxation while restoring the natural flow of energy to the body with pressure point massage.
