What parking is nearby?

615 Congress Street is part of The Congress Building on the corner of Congress and High Streets. It is commonly known as the STATE Theatre building.

Sometimes you can get lucky and grab a spot right out in front of the building. There are lots of free 2-hour spots on the closeby streets (High Street, Park Street and State Street). Most parking is metered, both by coins and debit/credit cards at $2/hour. The Passport Parking app is also very helpful.

What massage products do you use?

I use various brands of massage gels and creams. All gels and creams I use are hypoallergenic and unscented.

In my work, I have found that oil tends to be slippery and lotion absorbs into the skin quickly. Gel seems to be a delicate balance. The term “gel”, in reference to massage therapy, is often confusing. I like to describe it as a combination of oil and lotion. I use cream where I feel it’s best for certain modalities, and while using cups in a massage.

BIOTONE, TheraPro, and Bon Vital Organica are what I most commonly use. The essential oils, 100% natural with no fillers or additives. For your safety, please let me know of any allergies.

Cancellation Policy

I appreciate your consideration of my cancellation policy. Please give at least 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling an appointment. I do understand that forgotten appointments or last-minute cancellations do happen. That being said, a 50% fee of the missed appointment will be invoiced prior to the client’s next appointment. This does not apply to illness or emergencies.

We live in Maine; winter weather is inevitable! If the roads are unsafe for travel, please reach out to me by 8am the morning of your appointment, if you haven’t heard from me. No cancellation fee will be charged and we can discuss rescheduling the appointment when the roads are safe for travel again.

What if my schedule conflicts with your available hours?

My normal hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm. I understand that our schedules may not mesh, so if you need to schedule a time outside of my available hours, please reach out to me by call, text (207-321-1442) or email me at lisahlmt@gmail.com and we can make it work!

What are your mask requirements?

It is your choice if you’d like to wear a mask, and I will of course wear one if that makes you more comfortable. I am also fully updated with my COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.
